Admission for up to 15 children, Free entry for adults.
Entry for 15mins before the party for set up and 15 mins after.
Invites for party guests.
Food will be an additional cost of £4.50 per child.
Sandwich platters, Crisps/popcorn, veggie/fruit fingers, yogurt.
Food Platters available for adults at additional cost of £14.95 or our café will be open for hot drinks and snacks.
Terms and conditions
Who is responsible for the children during the party? The party host and parents present are responsible for their children during the party. The Mucky Cow Team are not responsible for children during their working hours.
Ratio of children to adults for a party? We always say at least one adult to every three children. Obviously depending on age!
How much is the deposit for a party? Deposit is £100 and non-refundable, without this being paid no booking has been made.
When can we get in The Play Cafe? 15 minutes before the start of the party to set up.
Do we need to bring any plates / cups / cutlery / napkins etc? No, we provide all this. You can choose to bring your own if you want a theme.
Do we need to bring cake cutters / lighters for candles etc? No, we have all this for you.
Can allergies be catered for? Yes. We can provide Dairy Free / Gluten Free /vegan Sandwiches. None of the food we serve is made directly with nuts but may have traces of nuts present from the preparation areas. Please let us know any dietary requirements 10 days before. If you have any more specific needs, please discuss with us.
How many other parties will be going on at the same time? None! You have exclusive hire of the venue. We only host one party at a time.
If a child we have invited to party has siblings, who also need to come along, do they have to pay? Yes, However, we do have limited capacity so please make us aware of confirmed numbers including siblings, 10 days before.
Can grandparents / friends etc. come along? We would suggest one adult per child as we are a small exclusive venue. Any question regarding numbers please get in touch.
When do we settle the final balance? We will ask for final numbers 10 days before the party – this will serve as the final minimum balance which must be settled at the same time. After this time, if you have children drop out, the final balance will still be applicable, as confirmed. If the remaining balance isn’t paid this could result in the party being cancelled.
Can we decorate? Yes, certainly, however we ask that you do not use anything that may damage the walls or posters. No Piñatas please. We also ask that you take all decorations with you.
Is there space for cake / party bags etc? Yes!!!
How long do we have to leave at the end of the party? Whilst we may need to start clearing up around you, we ask you leave around 15mins after the party has finished.
Can we have a children’s entertainer? Yes, you are more than welcome to have a children’s entertainer. That arrangement must be made through the parent host. Cost of entertainers is not the responsibility of The Mucky Cow Play Café. Please just make us aware of what company you are using and what time to expect the entertainer.
Do you have a Maximum capacity? 40 guests (not including baby in arms)
What Happens if we run over our Time? Parties that run over their allocated time slot may incur additional costs. We host a few parties a day so please try and stick to your timings.
Will the café be open? The Café will be open during the party for adults to purchase drinks and snacks, the café will close 10 mins before the end of the party. However, you can purchase adult platters for our parties.
